Our wreaths are exquisitely hand crafted from the finest available preserved floral. Please use them with care. Most flower wreaths are for indoor usage. Keep away from direct sunlight as some colors may fade due to very intense sun in hot climates.

Upon arrival, please handle gently. Open the packaging and carefully untie or cut the ties that attach the wreath to the box. Some shedding may have occured. Please note that this is very normal since wreaths are made from fresh floral that is carefully dried and preserved. Your wreath will stay beautiful if handled gently and all directions are followed.

We take great care in crafting, handling and packaging your piece of art. However we are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping couriers, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.

WE GUARANTEE THAT OUR WREATHS ARE PACKAGED UNDAMAGED AND IN PERFECT CONDITION; HOWEVER WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY COURIER COMPANIES. If your wreath is damaged in transit, please call the delivery courier company and file a claim with them. Please call and inform us within 24 hours so we may assist you in ordering a replacement and arranging a pickup of the damaged item. Customer shall be responsible for all costs pertaining to purchase and delivery of replacement item.
